Will The Placard Hanger™ work with my plastic protection sleeve? Yes. Even if your placard is contained within a plastic protection sleeve, it will easily hang on The Placard Hanger™. Our product is also heat resistant, so it will never compromise the integrity of your plastic protector, or the placard itself. However, we do not recommend the use of plastic protectors, as these can easily melt and become warped when exposed to heat. |

Is the handicap placard included? No. In the U.S., a doctor's prescription is normally required in order to issue a handicap placard. Please check with your local Registry of Motor Vehicles for additional information. |

What are your shipping policies? All shipments within the United States and International are sent USPS First Class Mail. Most orders ship within 24 hours. The majority of our U.S. customers receive their orders within 3-5 business days. International deliveries may take longer subject to your local area's mail handling and delivery times. |

What if I want to return The Placard Hanger? If you receive damaged or defective Placard Hanger(s), call us at 239-292-1906 within 7 days of receiving the product. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be given to you for returning the product, along with further instructions. We are not responsible for shipping damages and any shipping damage claims must be submitted to the postal service. Products must be received back within 14 days of the RAN number being given. If the timeframes mentioned above are exceeded, a restocking fee may apply. In addition, our 90 day Guarantee is offered to our customers in order that they may experience The Placard Hanger™ risk-free. This is a separate policy from our general return policy, which applies only to defective or damaged product. |
